WHERE DO YOU DELIVER / INSTALL?

We are currently only offering installation within the M25 in the UK at first. As we grow we aim to offer Nationwide installation 

HOW LONG IS THE LEAD TIME?

Currently 4-6 weeks from placing order.

WILL MY WALLS SUPPORT THE UNIT?

Any internal wall should be fine, either brick or plasterboard. Only minimal fixings are required to install as all the weight of the unit goes through the legs to the floor. There are only 3 fixings required to secure the unit to the wall, which can be easily filled and painted if you move / remove the unit.

HOW IS FLIP INSTALLED?

The unit is pre built offsite with the frame and cabinet connected onsite and fitted to the wall. The installation should take less than an hour.

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS?

The height of the standard unit is approx 1700 mm. 

  • Sit to stand unit fully raised is approx 2270 mm.

  • The depth of the unit is 360 mm when closed and 840 mm when the desk is open.

  • The width of the unit is 960 mm wide

  • The desktop is 840 mm wide and 755 mm deep

HOW DO I PLUG IT IN?

Each Flip is provided with a curly flex and standard UK 3 pin plug which plugs into a wall mounted socket. The flex has a range of approx 2 metres but a longer flex can be specified as an extra.

WHAT IS THE RANGE OF MOVEMENT IN THE DESK?

50cm

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

Yes we provide a one year warranty.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE DESK HEIGHT WITH MY PHONE?

The units connects to your phone via bluetooth using a 3rd party app which is free to download.

CAN I USE FLIP WITH A LAPTOP

Yes, Flip works well with a Laptop which can be stored inside the cabinet when not in use.

CAN I USE FLIP WITH A LAPTOP AND A SEPARATE MONITOR

Yes we offer a bracket to mount a monitor up to 27” and there is cable management in place to run cables neatly from your laptop to the monitor.

CAN I USE FLIP WITH A TOWER PC AND MONITOR?

Yes, we offer a bracket to undermount your PC below the cabinet, a bracket for the monitor and cable management to run the cables neatly.

WHAT DOES THE STANDARD SET UP COME WITH?

I’M REALLY TALL / SHORT, WILL THE DESK HEIGHT FIT ME?

The standard unit comes with 80mm of adjustment in the feet. This allows for a standard desk height between 68cm and 76cm which should fit the majority of users. Desks fitted with the sit to stand package have a further range of movement of 50cm
